About True Site Care
We built this for owners
who can't always be there.
True Site Care was born from a simple frustration: too many NRIs and out-of-city owners had no reliable way to know what was happening on their plots. We changed that.
Our Story
In 2022, our founder P S Reddy was helping a relative—an NRI based in LA, USA—deal with an encroachment on their plot in Hyderabad. Despite owning the land for decades, the relative had no idea it was happening until a neighbor casually mentioned it in a phone call.
There was no service that could provide reliable, visual, documented evidence of a plot's condition—without requiring the owner to fly back. No trusted local eyes. No photo proof. No accountability.
True Site Care was built to solve exactly this problem. Today, we help hundreds of owners across South India keep a watchful, documented eye on their most valuable asset—all from their phone or laptop.
