All owner dashboards are isolated and accessible only with personal login credentials. Photos, videos, and reports are stored in encrypted private cloud storage. We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information or property data with any third party, except as required by law or as explicitly authorized by you (for example, when facilitating resale coordination).

Data Retention

We retain your account data and visit records for as long as your subscription is active, plus 12 months after termination. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at help@truesitecare.com.
